defects that could hurt you. It is also smart to air the product out,

 Will soap do the trick?
Household
soap is fine for washing your adult toys, but make sure that it is antibacterial.
When washing, always use warm water. If your toy has come in contact with
blood, it should be soaked in a mixture of one part bleach to nine parts
water. There are specially made cleaning products for washing your adult
